A wonderfully unusual vintage Longchamp bag in deep chocolate brown, combining incredibly soft rabbit fur with smooth tonal leather trim. This is such a great example of Longchamp beyond the familiar Le Pliage styles — luxurious, slightly quirky and very much of its era.
The bag has a softly structured rectangular shape with a long leather strap designed to sit comfortably on the shoulder. The rich brown rabbit fur covers the body, finished with leather edging and slim leather bands across the front. Two small antiqued metal charms add a lovely detail, while the Longchamp leather logo plaque sits discreetly at the centre.
The interior is fully lined in Longchamp’s signature jacquard fabric and closes with a top zip. The interior leather tag is stamped with reference 336051 GBER, and the bag retains its Made in France label.
A fabulous collector’s Longchamp and a particularly interesting find for anyone who loves the more unusual designer bags of the late 1990s and Y2K era.
Condition: Very good vintage condition. The rabbit fur remains beautifully soft and full, with the leather and interior also presenting very well. Please refer closely to photographs for condition.
