We know buying vintage online can be tricky — every piece is one of a kind, and sizing and condition can vary. That’s why we do our best to give clear photos, full descriptions, and exact measurements for every item.
Please read all listings carefully before purchasing, as small signs of age or wear are part of what make vintage pieces special.
Clothing
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are welcome to return it for a refund or exchange — simply get in touch within 48 hours of delivery.
If your piece doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to offer a shop credit or exchange, provided:

The item is returned in its original condition, unworn and unaltered.

You contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
All measurements are listed in the product description, so please double-check them before purchasing. Returns for fit will not be accepted if measurements were provided and correct.
Bags
Because our bags are collectible, one-of-a-kind vintage items, we don’t accept returns for change of mind.
However, if your bag arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll make it right — either through a refund, repair, or replacement credit, depending on availability.
Exchanges may be offered at our discretion.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives and let us know immediately if there’s a problem — such as damage, a missing item, or a listing error — so we can sort it out quickly.
We’ll always handle these cases fairly and transparently.

All sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
