A gorgeous vintage Gucci shoulder bag in the classic navy and ivory GG monogram — such a good example of old-school Gucci.
The bag features the iconic GG monogram canvas with navy leather trim, a central navy and red Web stripe and beautiful gold-tone GG clasp. The structured flap silhouette is finished with an adjustable leather strap, making it an easy everyday shoulder bag while still feeling very polished.
The interior is beautifully finished in navy leather with multiple compartments and a zipped pocket, and is stamped “Made in Italy by Gucci.”
In very good vintage condition. There is a small mark to the exterior which is hardly noticeable when the bag is worn — please see all photographs. The leather on the underside of the interior flap has some surface scratching consistent with age and use. There are also light signs of age to the hardware and leather, but overall this is a beautifully preserved vintage Gucci. The strap is slightly out of shape from storage, but should come right if stored correctly
Such a classic little bag, and I particularly love the combination of the navy monogram, Web stripe and wonderfully chunky vintage GG hardware.
