A fabulous vintage cowhide handbag with a structured frame silhouette and beautiful natural brown and cream hide. The rich tan leather handle, deep burgundy trim and gold-tone metal frame give it a very polished 1960s/70s feel.
The bag opens with a classic metal frame closure to reveal a chocolate brown fabric-lined interior with a zipped pocket and additional compartment. The natural cowhide pattern is different on each side, making the bag completely unique.
In very good vintage condition overall. The handle has a slight bend from age and storage, as pictured, but this does not affect the use of the bag. There are minor signs of age to the hardware consistent with a vintage item.
