A striking vintage brooch with a sleek modernist design, featuring two elongated amber-tone Lucite panels set into a polished gold-tone frame. The translucent panels have beautiful swirls of honey, cognac and deep brown running through them, creating an almost tortoiseshell effect that changes beautifully in the light.
The curved, sculptural shape gives it a distinctly mid-century feel and makes it an easy statement brooch for a jacket, scarf or knit. Finished with a pin fastening to the reverse and in very good vintage condition with minor signs of previous wear consistent with age.
