The Rosewood Avenue has a beautifully elongated east-west silhouette, with adjustable double shoulder straps and a full zip closure. The glossy Vernis leather is embossed throughout with the iconic LV Monogram, and the Amarante colour is particularly beautiful — a deep burgundy-plum that can appear almost chocolate in certain light.
The natural vachetta handles and trim are still beautifully light, with only a gentle developing patina, and the gold-tone hardware complements the deep colour perfectly. Inside, the bag is lined in a dark tonal fabric with a slip pocket and Louis Vuitton leather label.
This bag is in excellent pre-loved condition. The Vernis exterior remains beautifully glossy with the embossed monogram crisp and defined, the vachetta is remarkably clean and even, and the interior is exceptionally clean. There may be very light surface marks and signs of previous use consistent with a vintage bag, but overall this is a really beautiful example.
