This fabulous vintage fur coat has all the attitude of the iconic spotted coats worn by style icons from the 1950s through to the Studio 54 era. Featuring a generous shawl collar, easy boxy fit and elegant bracelet-length sleeves, it is one of those rare jackets that somehow manages to feel both glamorous and effortlessly wearable.
The fur itself is beautifully soft with striking natural markings in shades of cream, caramel, chocolate and black. Based on the characteristics of the fur and pelt construction, it is likely a vintage wild cat fur, possibly bobcat or lynx, although this has not been formally authenticated and should be regarded as an informed opinion rather than a guarantee.
Wear it with denim and a knit, over a black dress, or exactly as pictured with a red beret and a bit of confidence.
