A fabulous vintage Louis Vuitton classic! The Saumur 30 is one of those iconic Louis Vuitton designs that never goes out of style, with its beautiful equestrian-inspired silhouette and practical double-compartment design.
Made from the classic Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas, the Saumur features gorgeous honey-coloured vachetta leather trim, an adjustable leather shoulder strap and antique brass-tone hardware. Its distinctive saddlebag shape was inspired by traditional horse saddlebags, giving it that effortlessly chic vintage look we absolutely love.
The bag features two separate compartments, each secured with leather straps and buckle closures, making it surprisingly spacious and practical. The adjustable shoulder strap also features a leather shoulder pad for added comfort, allowing the bag to be worn over the shoulder or across the body.
Condition: Good vintage condition. The Monogram canvas is beautifully preserved, while the vachetta leather has developed a lovely warm patina over time. There are some signs of wear and light marks to the leather, particularly on the straps and trim, but overall it remains in good condition. Please note that the grommets at the top of the bag have been replaced. The brass-tone hardware shows some natural ageing, and the interior is clean and well maintained.
