A gorgeous vintage Gucci crossbody bag from the 1980s, featuring the iconic GG monogram canvas, brown leather trim and the signature green and red Web stripe down the front.
This classic little Gucci has a lovely rectangular shape with an adjustable leather shoulder strap, making it perfect for wearing over the shoulder or across the body. It features a spacious main compartment with a zip closure, a front zip pocket and a beautiful soft cream microfibre interior.
The bag is finished with gold-tone Gucci hardware, including the original Gucci Italy engraved strap fittings and a small oval GG emblem on the front.
Condition: Good vintage condition, with signs of wear consistent with its age. The GG canvas remains in good condition, while the brown leather shows some surface wear, particularly along the edges and around the zippers. There is also some wear to the zipper fabric and stitching, as photographed. The hardware shows some age-related tarnishing. The cream microfibre interior is in good vintage condition with some light marks.
A fabulous little piece of 1980s Gucci history, with all the character you would expect from a bag that’s over 40 years old.
