Now this is a special Chanel! A gorgeous and rather rare vintage Chanel bucket bag in the most beautiful rich chocolate brown suede. With its relaxed, slouchy silhouette, gold-tone chain detailing and subtle embroidered CC logos along the base, this is one of those unusual vintage Chanel finds that you don’t come across every day.
The bag features a soft suede exterior, a leather drawstring closure with gold-tone eyelets and a fabulous suede and gold-tone chain shoulder strap with a comfortable leather shoulder pad. The embroidered CC logos around the base are a particularly lovely detail, giving the bag that unmistakable Chanel look without being overly flashy.
It also comes with its matching detachable suede zippered pouch, complete with a little gold-tone CC charm. The interior is lined in dark brown fabric with the Chanel leather label.
Condition: The bag is in good vintage condition, with some signs of wear consistent with its age. The suede is still beautifully soft and has retained its lovely rich brown colour, although there are some marks and variations in the suede, particularly on the bottom of the bag and on the matching pouch. There is also some rubbing and wear to the corners and edges. The gold-tone hardware is in good condition overall, with some fading to the finish in places. Please refer to the photographs for a closer look at the condition.
A beautiful, unusual vintage Chanel with so much character. The combination of chocolate brown suede, gold hardware and that relaxed bucket shape makes this a fabulous addition to any vintage designer collection.
